Extra 13: We are Pirates ~! (13)

0"Welcome to [Galley-la Company], my name is Iceburg and I am the mayor of [Water 7], as well as the owner of this company" - said Iceburg, a blue-haired man - "It is an honor to have someone as distinguished as the [Pirate Empress] herself."

"The pleasure is ours, Iceburg-san" - replied Hancock calmly while Alvida looked carefully at the creature that was coming out of Iceburg's pocket - "Is that a mouse?"

"Oh? This little guy is Tyrannosaurus, my pet" - Iceburg replied with a smile as he stroked the little creature's head - "Anyway, I'd like to know the reason for the presence of such an infamous group as yours in the waters of [Water 7]"

"Relax, we just came to get a boat, after that we'll leave, we don't want to get innocent people in trouble" - Kurama replied calmly.

"That's a relief to hear" - replied Iceburg as he let out a sigh to calm his nerves, after all, it wasn't every day that he could say that he was face to face with one of the most wanted men in the world - "Sorry for the way I acted"

"Easy, I would do the same if I were in your situation" - Kurama replied with a smile - "But let's get down to business, I wish to get the best ship you could build."

"Interesting, if so, I would first have to quote what kind of armament you want to put on it, the material you want to use on the ship, as well as the number of rooms and attachments you want to put on it" - replied Iceburg as his gaze sharpened, after all, he was not only a carpenter but also a businessman - "Do you have something in mind?"

"Indeed" - smiled Kurama as he handed a scroll to the blue-haired man.

Iceburg quickly took the scroll and opened it, only to be surprised for a few seconds not because it was too sophisticated, but because it was anything but - "It's simple."

"I made it simple because I wish to see how you surprise me" - Kurama replied while narrowing his eyes - "I've heard some things about you, Iceburg"

"You heard about me?" - Iceburg repeated curiously - "I hope they were good things."

"They are, that's why I know I've come to the right man for the job" - replied Kurama with a huge smile.

"Hmm, this job will be big and will consume a lot of my time, so first I'm going to have to talk to my secretary to get my work organized for the next week" - Iceburg replied as he stroked his chin - "I may not work as a carpenter anymore, but I'm still an authority on the subject, so I'm going to make sure everything is in perfect condition"

"Excellent, I knew I could work with you" - Kurama smiled as he gave the man's hand a squeeze - "By the way, just tell me what kind of materials you need, and I'll see how to get them for you if you don't have them, that's why I'm asking you to give me the best you can build."

"Interesting, I even feel a desire to put this little guy together myself if you're giving me so much freedom" - Iceburg said as he started to think - "Ok, change of plans, I'll go into the project myself, but this will cost you an arm and a leg with everything I'll ask you to put together if you want me to build a monster."

"Money is what I'm least short of, and the materials you just need to show me what they look like and I'll bring them to you" - Kurama answered seriously.

"Perfect, this job will possibly be my last job as a carpenter" - said Iceburg with a huge smile because such seemed that he could finally complete his dream of building the perfect ship, something similar to what happened to his master Tom with Gol D. Roger.

"Sir, your business appointment is about to begin" - said Kalifa as she entered her boss's office and showed a surprised expression, although inside she was thinking about the possible reasons why Kurama had appeared in this place.

"Did they come for [Pluto]?" - Kalifa thought with surprise, only to push these thoughts away from her mind, after all, that couldn't be true, as they had blocked all information about the ancestral weapons.

"Oh, thank you, Kalifa" - smiled Iceburg as he looked at the delicious curves of his secretary.

"Stop staring at me like that, Iceburg-sama, or I will find it painful to sue you for sexual harassment" - said Kalifa with a cold stare.

"Ok, sorry, I promise not to repeat it" - replied Iceburg as he raised his hands in surrender - "Anyway, that would be all for now, I'll send for you when the preparations are ready."

"Ok" - nodded Kurama as he left along with his two companions.

"They were?" - Kalifa asked, though she already knew who they were, it was better to feign ignorance.

"Exactly" - Iceburg answered seriously as he started to think.

"What did they come for?" - Kalifa asked with false curiosity.

"To build a ship" - Iceburg replied calmly as he shook his head - "That man gave me a proposition I couldn't refuse."

"Oh? He paid you that much?" - Kalifa asked in surprise.

"No, we didn't negotiate the payment yet" - replied Iceburg as he shook his head - "He offered me to fulfill my wish of building the ship of my dreams."

"I see" - Kalifa replied as she nodded, only to turn away so Iceburg wouldn't see how she was narrowing her eyes, after all, this created great suspicion inside the woman.

"Anyway, who do I have to meet with now?" - Iceburg asked as he looked at his seductive secretary's backside.

"Franky, again" - Kalifa replied as she ignored her boss's gaze.

"I wonder what he'll want this time" - muttered Iceburg as he frowned - "Well, I better go talk to him, you can take the rest of the afternoon because I'm going to be a little busy."

"As a secretary, I have to be at your side, Iceburg-sama" - replied Kalifa neutrally.

"I appreciate your kindness, but this time it's not necessary" - Iceburg replied while shaking his head - "I'm going to be all the time at the Shipyards."

"OK, I'll accept your good intentions" - Kalifa replied, after all, her boss would now be being watched by the rest of his companions, though to make sure nothing was out of place, she would follow him until she saw that he was indeed in the place he had said.

Iceburg was taken aback at how easily she had changed her mind, though he quickly shook his head because he honestly didn't care what she thought.

Outside of looking at her sensual body, Iceburg wasn't doing anything else with Kalifa, mostly because he felt there was something off about the whole thing.

"What do you think of Iceburg-san?" - Hancock asked after they left [Galley-la Company].

"There's nothing wrong with him, the problem is his secretary" - Kurama answered seriously - "She acted surprised, but inside she was calm, showing that she knew we were there."

"A dog of the [World Government]?" - Alvida asked as she frowned.

"Possibly, and if so, then Iceburg has something they want" - Kurama replied as he started to think - "Now the question though. What is that something?"

"There are few things that would interest the [World Government]" - Hancock said with a frown, after all, she was the one who was closest to those bastards.

"And what would those something's be?" - Alvida asked now as she tilted her head to one side.

"Let's see, people with unique abilities that would benefit the [World Government]" - said Hancock as he looked at his beloved albino - "Information about people dangerous to them, and possibly weapons of mass destruction to use against their enemies."

"Iceburg doesn't have a unique ability, I don't think he possesses information about the enemies of the [World Government] either, although this option can't be ruled out" - said Kurama as he started to think - "That leaves us with the last option, Iceburg possibly possesses a weapon of mass destruction, or at least the blueprints to create one."

"Blueprints, ships, weapons" - muttered Hancock as he frowned, only to recall the information Kurama had given them after leaving [Arabasta] - "Pluto!"

"!" - Alvida opened her eyes in surprise when she heard this, only to look at Kurama in terror and notice how he seemed to show no emotion whatsoever - "Why don't you say anything!"

"Why should I?" - Kurama asked as he raised an eyebrow - "I don't even know how strong this [Pluto] you guys are talking about is!"

"[Pluto] is a warship with the power to eliminate islands with utmost ease, in other words, if the [Marines] or rather, the [World Government] gets hold of the blueprints of that thing, then the world will be in their hands" - replied Alvida in terror.

"Just one island?" - Kurama asked disdainfully, only to notice how Alvida was giving him a blank stare - "What?"

"I know you're strong, Kurama, but I don't think you should look down on those things" - Alvida said seriously.

It was Kurama's turn to give her a blank look, though after a few seconds she remembered that he hadn't explained anything about his true identity, nor about his powers.
