0That day, Xin Mei sent a lot of love-filled messages to Su Yuchen. She also sent many love-filled poems, one of which she had received from her Romeo. She was waiting for a reply from him but didn't receive any.     0

She also called him a multiple times but he didn't pick up her calls.     

"Taking revenge on me, Husband." She huffed loudly.     

She also called Huang Chu and asked him about the mood of Su Yuchen.     

"Missus, I don't know what boss has eaten today but he is spitting fire since morning. He has scolded me five times since morning and those mistakes weren't mine."     

Huang Chu complained with fear in his voice. Xin Mei couldn't do anything except slapping her own head. It was her mistake for making him so angry.     

Xin Mei went to her management company that day. She was eager to visit his office. But she didn't dare, she didn't dare to enter inside the den of an angry lion. She could only send him messages.     

'Hubby, guess where I am! I am at our company.'     

'Hubby, do you want to go to dinner tonight? We can directly go to your favourite restaurant.'     

'Hubby, can I come to your office?'     

She sent him many messages but didn't get any reply from him. She got fed up of thinking ways how to pacify him. She didn't know what to do. In the end, she decided to call her saviour, Bai Yue.     

"Grandma, I need your help. I don't know how to pacify Su Yuchen. He didn't want to hear me out, nor is he picking up my phone call. Is this the way to treat his wife? How can he get so angry with me? So what if I did make some mistake? Can he not forgive me?" Xin Mei complained angrily.     

"Xin Mei, he will not forgive you. Men from Su family love to torture their wives with their anger. They love it when their wives revolve around them for forgiveness."     

"So what should I do now?"     

"Let me tell you what way I used to pacify my husband."     

Xin Mei heard intently to the advice of Bai Yue. A smile left her lips when she mentally made notes of ways that she can use to pacify her husband.     

"Thank you, Grandma. I knew that you will help me."     

"Don't thank me, Xin Mei. Hopefully, my stupid grandson will not remain angry with you for a long time."     

Xin Mei hung up the call and quickly made a plan, 'Plan to melt the anger of Su Yuchen.'

When Su Yuchen returned home, Xin Mei started to flatter around him like a butterfly. A silly smile was plastered on her lips.     

"Hubby, give me your bag. I will place it in your study."     

"Hubby, let me help you to remove your coat."     

"Hubby, do you want me to serve you some cold drink?"     

"Hubby, how was your day? Has your anger tone down?"     

Xin Mei pouted when she didn't receive any reply from him. "Hubby, please forgive me."     

Xin Mei rushed behind him and accidentally twisted her right feet. With a loud yell, she fell on the floor. She hold her feet with her hand and started to cry.     

"Ah, Su Yuchen, it's hurting. Ah...I hurt my foot. Ah... Hubby, please help me." She started to yell and cry in pain.     

Su Yuchen felt a pinch in his heart when he saw Xin Mei who was sobbing on the ground. She had her foot in her hand and was crying painfully.     

He rushed towards her and sat down on the floor. He looked at her foot and looked at her with worry-filled eyes.     

"Ah Su Yuchen, it's hurting." She sobbed and pulled her foot away from his hand. "It's hurting badly."     

"Don't cry, Wifey. Your husband will do something and your pain will go away."     

Su Yuchen looked at her with worry-filled eyes. His voice held so much concern. She was in pain but her pain shone in his eyes.     

A gleam appeared in the eyes of Xin Mei. She looked at Su Yuchen from under her eyes lashes. Finally her plan was working. Finally Su Yuchen was showing her his warm side.     

"Xin Mei, you wait here. I will go and fetch the first aid box."     

Xin Mei nodded her head and sobbed. "Please return quickly. I can't bear this pain."     

Once Su Yuchen was out of her sight, Xin Mei couldn't help but grin widely. She wanted to sequel loudly at the success of her plan but she controlled herself.     

"Ah!" she heard a loud, painful yell of Su Yuchen.     

Xin Mei's eyes widened in panic. Forgetting about her plan, she rushed towards the source of his voice.     

"What happened? Why did you cry, Hubby?" She entered the room and saw Su Yuchen was glaring at her.     

"Nothing happened to me, Wifey," he gritted his teeth. "I acted just like you. I can see that your leg is working properly now."     

Xin Mei froze when she heard the sarcasm in his voice. She looked down at her feet and knew her act was over. Su Yuchen knew that she was acting all this while!     

"Wifey, I am not a fool. I can differentiate between a real pain and a fake pain." He spat on her face and made his way towards the study room.     

Xin Mei looked at his strong back and she knew she had enhanced his anger by multiple times. She could only huff loudly and mourn on her defeat!

Later that night, once again Xin Mei slept alone in her room. She tried to talk with Su Yuchen but he sent her back with his single glare. That night, he slept in his study.     

Truthfully, Su Yuchen had forgiven her in the evening when he had read all those love filled messages which she had sent to him. But for now, he was enjoying her cute tactics to ask forgiveness from him and he wanted to see what more would his wife do to pacify him.     

"What should I do to make him forgive me?" Xin Mei twisted and turned on her bed. She couldn't fall asleep because she couldn't find a perfect plan.     

She guessed Su Yuchen could see through the entire plans which were told to her by Bai Yue.     

Next day, Xin Mei didn't spend much time in preparing breakfast. She prepared a light breakfast for him. She was afraid he wouldn't want to have food that she has cooked just like yesterday.     

"Su Yuchen, breakfast is ready." She smiled in his direction. Her smile was filled with nervousness.     

He looked at her and again ignored her like yesterday. He was about to leave when he was attacked by coughing feat. He coughed hard. Xin Mei became worried for him and offered him a glass of water.     

"No, thank you. I can have a glass of water by myself." Xin Mei pouted and looked at him.     

"Hubby, why are you so meany? Why can't you forgive me? I know this little girl made a mistake, can't you just forgive her? Forgive me please, I will not repeat the mistake."     

She pleaded with desperation. She was ready to pull hardly her ears if that could made Su Yuchen forgive her. She was ready to beg him. She could no longer bear his anger. She wanted her warm Su Yuchen back, the one who always looked at her with a happy smile.     

Xin Mei looked at the back of Su Yuchen with a cute pout of her lips. She placed her one hand on her hip and another at her forehead.     

"What should I do now?"     

She was thinking of a way, unaware of the smile which left from the lips of Su Yuchen.     

Oh, how he wished to kiss her cute pouty lips. He so wished to pull her cheeks. She looked so cute when pleading.     

His cute wife!     

"Think Xin Mei, think." Xin Mei slapped her head. Suddenly light bulb in her head turned on and she grinned widely.     

Got an idea!     

Now I would see how you would not forgive me, Su Yuchen!     

Xin Mei grinned with an evil smile on her lips and rubbed her hand. She was waiting for her husband to return home.     

Two red evil horns could also be scene on her forehead.
